so i walk out to my car and theres a pretty decent size dent on my quarter panel :BangHead:. it was windy last night and it looks like the dent was made by a door. maybe the wind caught the door and hit my car :dontknow: its understandable it happens. but what pisses me off is that they just drove off without saying anything. :angry4: i would at least like to know that my car was damaged. its not hard to write a note and put it on my windshield or come inside the restaurant and look for me.

That sucks that they didn't even leave a courtesy note. Once I get a new paintjob on mine I'm going to be one of those guys that parks a little further away from wherever I'm going. The only reason I want a paint job is because I work next to a gym and a couple of stores and my car has a sh!tload of little dings across the sides.

People are douches. I park in between my bosses car and a coworkers car when I'm working at my restaurant because they both leave after I do. I had some f***ed up things happen when I parked my car in the lot. The delivery guy got his window smashed with a brick one night.

Dude even if you park far some tool is going to park right next to you. It always happens. It's not some karma thing, it's just people are freaking weird as sh*t.

I'm that ass that parks far out and diagonal across two or more spots, but my car only has the dings that where there when I got it!

I park close to the college and have people park literally 6-8 inches from my door sometimes where I have to enter from the passenger side... Never gotten a door ding. I guess I have great luck. It is lame that it happens though, especially when the person doesn't take responsibility for it.
