i have my 98 expedition and i was wondering if there is any way to turn back the mileage. i know its not real honest but i need to get rid of the car really bad.....its killing me on gas. its got 200+ on the clock right now so i am gonna try to get what i can for it.

See what a dealership is offering on a trade in? Maybe trade it in for some 4 cyl car (of equal or lesser value) to putt around town in....????

the only way to roll it back is to get a new gauge thing out of the same car with the amount of miles you want.

the only thing is that the last time you had your emission/safety they checked your mileage and it shows up on carfax (unless it's older than a 94 i believe) so you can only roll it back to that, and then if it's only like 10 miles above people will be skeptical.
