OK right now I have GT40 P iron heads set up with the rest of the mods below... I want to upgrade to alluminum heads and I hear great things about AFR. What heads would you suggest and what size CC's do I go with. I plan to s/c in the future.

AFR 165s would do very well on your current intake (cobra) and cam E-303, you could either keep those,
or put the 185s on in anticipation for the supercharger.. i think you should be alright with 165s, even with a blower.

I am a big fan of AFR.

AFR 165's with a 58cc chamber would work well for you. Are you planning on doing a stud mount or Pedestal mount rocker? AFR has heads designed for both.

TFS makes a decent head also that flows a little better but the AFR 165 actually makes more power over the twisted wedge head.

I have Trick Flow Track Heat (street/strip) Twisted Wedge heads TFS-52400011. They are the best thing I could have bought for my car. I had small overheating problems since i'm .060, but my heads completely solved my cooling problem.

The combustion chamber size is 61cc, intake volume 170cc, 2.02/1.60 valves, 265 cfm @ 5000rpms.

i bought these heads used with 10k on them. i have $600 inversted and they run excellent. i upgraded to these heads from GT40's and the difference is amazing.

I'm well impressed with the afr 165's, i'm sure there are other perfectly good head combo's, but i'm glad i spent a bit extra and got these.
I went for stud mount with roller rockers. ;)

The AFRs out of the box are GREAT heads. If you plan on ever going bigger than that cobra/gt40 intake though, you might want to consider the 185s or Twisted Wedges...I say the twisted wedges b/c they offer MUCH more room to grow into that the 165 or 185's. You'll find heavily ported T/W heads on 500+horse NA motors...so they can work for you now out of the box and then further on, when you decide to go big(ger) they can be ported and continue to work for you. They can seriously be the last head you ever buy. That being said...

I love my AFR185's
