i need you opinions...

heres the low down. i plan on lowering my car. i already have the springs. my problem is that refund time is around the corner and im not sure what im goin to spend it on. i could spend it on new shocks/struts(if i get enough back) or i could buy some pi cams and possibly a pi intake. i my not sure if i want to lower my car until i have new rims/tires or not. what do you guys think? lower it with my stock waffle wheels on or wait until i get new rims/tires and buy pi cams/intake. any suggestions are appreciated.

If you are lowering your car, it would be in your best interest to go ahead upgrade the shocks and struts.

I think you should get the strut's to go with the spring's.
