Idle issue

After running my car hard today, my car idle started shooting up. Resting at 2,000, 2,500 and 3,000 at various periods. Anyone know what this could be? Even while driving, I would notice that my rpms would not lower in between shifts. It would only change depending on the gas I gave it or if I changed gears. The video is currently vertical but I have changed the rotation settings on it so it should be horizontal soon...

Looks like the screw that spaces the throttle open moved from vibration? and opened the throttle without me doing anything. I was able to adjust it back into place and secure it for the time being. Does anyone know if there was a nut that went along with this? I am trying to figure out what happened. Thanks
