Ignition Coils

I was just wondering if Ignition Coils from any other Ford would fit my 97 GT?
It's broken in my car, and it's really hard to find it in Iceland and it's so expensive to ship it from the US.

Any pre 99 4.6 or 5.4 in any Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury will have coil packs on them that will work on your GT.

I have crown vic ones in my car (they were the only thing I could find when I was chasing my misfire) as mentioned they are identical to OEM Mustang ones
