I'm getting a sound I can't remember hearing...

I think it's like up @ the front of my car? It's like a air hose letting out air. Sounds like it is going around in a circle. It gets louder, then fades away. That's why I think it is going in the circle. I have not driven my car for 7 months. It's hard enough to remember stuff from day to the next. I have no idea about anything on my car. When I say it's a new car, mean that in a very literal way! I think this sound is normal, I hope. Do any of you know about this sound? Thanks!!

Hm. Can you hear it while the car is idling and when you revv it?

All I can remember is I'm moving. I never take off that fast.
