I have no idea man, depends on your car. I'm assuming you live in a county that does emissions testing, in which case I would wonder why you removed your emissions equipment first, then wondered if it would pass.

Just thought I would say that I took my car to a muffler shop to get new flanges welded onto my stock H pipe for a quick smog lol. Well the left the smog pump tube completely off and the mid pipe uncapped and I passed with below average on every category tested. And that was in Smog Nazi California at a test only station. Oh and when I pulled my headers off afterward I found out that the bung for the EGR valve was a fake. :laughing5:

I live in North Central Texas.  My inspector put on my smog delete, even recommended he remove all of my cats!  I'm not sure where you are though.  My guy here will inspect it!!!

That's out!! You are way too far away from me! I tried though.

i have no smog pump and had high test gas in when i went to e-check last september and past better than when it was stock, all you have to do is drop the timing down really low, it reduces the temp inside the motor and doesnt produce as much NOx, the cats alone with get everything else passed

or don't f... with the timing and just pull the spout. it'll run like dodo, won't rev as high. that's what i had to do last year.

when you change the timing you have to pull the spout connector. it's a gray plug located near the air filter (maybe under or behind it). it keeps the computer from advancing the timing

when i said reving to all hell, i meant for how fast i was going, it wasnt like 4000-5000 rpms or anything, but when the gas pedal was more than half way down and im only going 25 mph and the rpms are like 3000-3500, i didnt want to drive it like that
