Re: Plan B - Hellion Turbo System

Thanks for the link Kevin, that does look nice and stealthy, but they're kind of hard to see behind the steering wheel like that.

I'm thinking of a Clock Pod gague thingie - so 2 gauges.

Boost and AF.
you guys have any brands you like, pictures ect?

Jeff, what do you think about something like I have in my car? It has a nice clean OEM-ish look to it.

I think that looks nice and clean Paul.
I kinda think I'd like them higher up, like the clock pod area?

Kev - I like the Cobalt's too, but don't think you can see them that well at night?

Re: Plan B - Hellion Turbo System

You could always put boost and fuel pressure up in the clock pod, and three more down below.

Here's a picture of my old silver convertible (R.I.P.) with that setup:

imho i think the top clock pod is a little too much. but atleast it's not gaudy looking and actually flows

Re: Plan B - Hellion Turbo System

Yeah, the clock pod is pretty big. I'm "grown out" of liking it, and wouldn't put one on my car now.

The visibility isn't bad with the gauges in the center console. I like them there. Plus you're not crusing around with "look at me" gauges.

I also have the gauge cluster bezel that autometer sells for two gauges in my closet - but I've never installed it. My old car had one and I didn't mind it.

Defi is a brand of gauges Jeff. They're expensive, but super nice.

I think I prefer these SOS gauges for the pillar area:
