Whoever mounted your tires put them on wrong. Those numbers that look like a stamp should be on the inside.

As long as that slash isn't deep you should be okay. Now if that was a crack from dry rot you would need to get new ones ASAP.

EDIT- Just saw the penny pic. That's fairly deep. I'd keep your eye on it. You SHOULD be okay though.

OK. I took the hammer and bent the medal in the fender up. I'm getting the fenders rolled tommrow. I hope to get some 315's soon.

Make sure whoever is rolling them has done it before. I've seen too many people that think they know what they are doing totally f**k up their quarter panels. From quarters that wave to ya to cracked paint that will eventually flake off. Make sure they heat up the paint so it wont crack.

I think the tires are ok because the cut is angled and not straighter into the side wall.

Another question, you have a tire rub and you don't have 315's? I hope your running spacers and that's the reason for the rub.

Every once in a while my 315's will rub. I think if I just trim the finder lip up to the spot welds (about 3/4") it'll be fine.

looks fine to me. as long as you don't see cords it should be fine. but seems like it's a moot point anyway if you ordered new wheels/tires

Holy shit 1.25 spacer? You'll like the 315s better anyways they look badass from the back, especially with just like a 3/8 spacer
