Well, after much adu, my car should finally hit the dyno today to see what she'll do with the non-intercooled Rotrex on there.
The Grand Master Tuner there in Scottsdale swaped my fuel pump, injectors, and MAF.
ya know that surging idle durring open loop problem..... yea, it's the Maf.
We'll probably do a few other things after it's run.
Like: we're swapping the coil packs out for single coil over plugs, because Mr. Wizzard has figured out the coil packs loose spark at high rpm's because the packs don't have enough power to run down the wires at high rmp's. High rpm power fade..... hmmmmn.
There's another example of why I'm happy to pay the man, he knows what works, and more importantly why.
He's also probably one of the best tuner's I've spoken to. he retunes all aspects of the stock program, and doesn't just turn things off like a lot of tuners do.
We'll see what she put's down non intercooled, then I'll decide what to do with her next.
