J-MOD or shift kit?

I want to firm up my shifts a little more other than doing it with my tune. but i am not sure about doing the J Mod or getting a street strip shift kit.
i am looking for input from people that either used a shift kit or did the J mod.

ive got the 2 gaskets you need for the trans if your interested...5 bucks, and you could always but that white sn95 shirt youve been wanting for the past 6 months lol

Anybody know where you can still get a JMOD? I did a google search and apparently the one place listed, VAP, doesn't carry them anymore.

You can piece the parts together yourself and do it.

Cool thanks guys. i was leaning more toward the J-Mod.. I talked to my tuner today about and he said they are pretty much the same. so my buddy is flushing my trans and installing a new filter i will do the mod while the trans is open.
