If you can get it cheap then buy it and part it out.

You can get up to $400 for the block and $300 for the forged crank. Get what you can for the 4V heads and Cobra Intake and maybe pocket $200-300 if you can get the price down.

I woulnt say that a 4v na b head swap is a good idea at any point in time. Good luck.
