I was on 141 tonight and pulled up next to a WRX..the kind with the stock turbo.. it looked like it had turbo-back exhaust but we went from a roll at around 50 and i only pulled 3/4 of a car length on him but i was surprised i took him at that speed with my 4.10's. Any way just surprised i beat that car at that speed.

I'd say the 06 runs about the same as 07. It should have beat you if you're both stock. Nice driving!

uh I think he means the older model..which are slow.
They usually run 14.5-15.0
Also, the 4.10s gears will only help you from a roll. I dont really understand why people think differantly.
They make your car faster all around and help you stay in the power band.
the wrx is AWD, which is not good for a roll, better for a dig.

Im not sure exactly what mph you guys with 5 speeds and 4.10s are at at the end of 4th, but It would have to be over 100,

Again, I really dont see him racing this wrx till 120+ mph.
That would be the only case where his car might be slower if he was in 5th gear over 120 mph.
But even then, it should still pull harder than it did stock.

What mph is 4th gear at 6k? Its gotta be 110
That model wrx is quick...like mid 14, depending on driver.
They only trap like 95 though. You should have pulled him.
