Holy Crap!! This stuff is awesome. I tried it on my lariat's chrome rims and like I said...Awesome. Just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I did the other front rim with CG Diablo... Doesn't compare. The diablo left plenty of the hard bits to get on chrome rims whereas the sonax knocked it all out. Overall , although super expensive (around 20 bucks/bottle), I think it's well worth the money.

I've heard good things about it too, but never seen anyone put it up agains P21S... So I'm curious how it compares since P21S is $15/bottle

I have not seen a product that you just rinse and it gets everything off. Maybe acid.

Megs Wheel brightener and the Sonax do this. So does sticky wheel gel.... But to do this the wheels have to be maintained and only have light brake dust and you kinda need a pressure washer to do this.

a Pressure washer handles business.

Good to know. I maintain mine I use the wheel guard after I get them clean but it doesnt last to long. Maybe I need some new pads and rotors.

I heard Wheel Brightener can mess up the finish and should only be used as a last resort?(on Autopia)

I stick with a Ph neutral wheel cleaner because I was my wheels quite often.

Is the Sonax acidic?

soap and water is the way to go, dont be lazy.

also any kind of degreeser/heavy duty cleaner will take the finish off or dmg the finish so why not just use soap and water with a spunge.

Honestly, wheel cleaners are for customers cars.

I NEVER even use wheel cleaners on my mustang. I keep the wheels waxed and just clean then with soap and water.

using wheel cleaners on a waxed wheel is redundant because the wheel cleaner will strip the wax.

I use Meguires Wheel brightener on my BMW wheels, every week. No problems yet, Just have to be carefully to not let it sit cause its strong.

BTW, Megs Wheels Brighter can F*CK UP WHEELS!!! Only use it IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND DO A TEST FIRST.

it's for tough stained, brake dust encrusted wheels.

I got some and have used it once, it worked great. sprays on greenish and turns red as it breaks down brake dust/corrosion.
Quick and easy, I like that.

once a wheel is clean, seal it up with Jetseal and or wax
