So i went to pay my insurance today and was talking to the lady about my coverage and stuff and why my price went up a little. Anyway left the office and no later than 5 minutes later a lady loved tapped my rear bumper. She somehow rolled into my car at a red light. This is after we was sitting there for a good 20 seconds. I think she was on her phone and wasn't paying attention to her truck rolling. (STUPID) Her SUV had tow hooks on the front bumper, but she only LIGHTLY tapped my car so the hooked didn't go threw. Just some rust from the hooks (which wiped off) and a little imprint that is barely visble, but my rear bumper is far from perfect so i didn't make a big deal out of it.
And she hit me with the:
Ill give you my # and name so we dont have to do this thru insurance. She gave me her cell phone number and i called it to be sure and it was her phone.
She then hit me with the #2:. My brother is body shop guy so if its cheaper ill just pay it out of my pocket.
She then hit me with the: This is my husband truck and he doesn't have the insurance in the truck, but we do have insurance.
LOL. I swear people these days. Im not even going to bother because the damage is not even visible to the naked eye because the hooks were very low on her bumper and she barely touched my car.
I swear if those hooks would've went through i would've called the police asap.
But if i remember correctly someone on here had this happen to them and got a free bumper repaint out of it? I think it was Handz?
