Are you going to replace the underdrive crank pulley?

If you've gone from a fever pitch to a light stroll when it comes to working on your car, then I've gone to a crawl :tongue3: lol

Looks good man can't wait to see it finished and see some video!

Re: Kenne Bell INSTALL... UPDATED Wednesday 05/25/11.

May not seem like alot but I got some work done today! That is before I got a call from the hospital! My wife was admitted into I.C.U. with some kidney complications in part to her thyroid medication dosage being too low! :confused1:

First I ran the line for the boost gauge.

kennebellbuildup003.jpg

Then I ran the line through the engine bay, loomed it, and then into the car along with the lights for the methanol kit!

kennebellbuildup004.jpg

Removed the coolant temp gauge, the column pod, and the speedometer cluster and ran the wires into their new home! then loomed them.

kennebellbuildup005.jpg

I didn't like the way the bezel on the coolant gauge looked! It was silver :dontknow: and looked out of place, so I sprayed it black, to match the other gauge bezel.

kennebellbuildup006.jpg

Then I drilled the gauge cluster pod and installed the methanol warning lights. (Green goes on when system is spraying, Red when the bottle is low.)

kennebellbuildup007.jpg

Lined everything up and reinstalled factory gauges and new cluster.

All the gauges are now hooked up, and just waiting to do their job!

Sorry about the crappy pic! the lighting is not so good in my garage! :angry4:

Re: Kenne Bell INSTALL... UPDATED Wednesday 05/25/11.

Started the day early, I was up at 5:30 a.m. Since the wifey isn't here I had to make sure the kids got up, dressed, and then I delivered them to school! As soon as I got back home I tried to get as much work in before going to the hospital to visit the wife! So, I decided to complete the methanol injection install. I had previously run all the wiring, and the fluid line so all I needed to do was to install the modified windshield washer bottle and the methanol injection pump.

After that I was off to the hospital to visit the wife! stayed with her until it was almost time to pick up the boys from school! Got home with the boys, and while I waited for UPS to arrive with the water pump pulley, I installed the new hypertech 160 degree thermostat. Once I finished that I took the boys to the hospital to see mom and when we got back home I had a little box from UPS so with the water pump pulley that had just arrived so, it was time to get the alternator wired up, the coolant crossover re-installed, and finally the belt routed!

With all that I did today all that is left is installing the 255 walbro fuel pump, and tuning the car! Although my tuner that arrives tomorrow, I wont be able to tune the car since my -20 degree windshield washer fluid that I ordered for the meth kit won't be here till Saturday :angry7:
