I like it because it's a hard top and it's a second gen.
I'm sure you already know, but the maintenance costs on Audis (and most german cars) sucks, I've had a few friends with A4's and S4's and they ended up throwing in the towel and going to something they didn't dread having to pay to fix. If that isn't an issue for you, I'd go for it.
Edit: Oh nevermind, just saw the part saying the deal is off.
