So I have everything I need..almost. As long as the parts come in on time..

My buddy ordered a felpro gasket kit through advance auto, got a killer deal. My question is..he ordered it for a 2000 GT, as my car is a 1997. They are the same gaskets, correct? Obviously the PI intake is the newer gasket, but everything else should be good?

why did you not buy a headswap kit from ford racing? You know you can't reuse your head bolts right?

yes, it will work, the only gaskets that are different for windsor/romeo engines are the valve cover gaskets.

head gaskets for a 2v are all the same, pi intake is all the same, exhaust is all the same.

None of the felpro valve cover gaskets would work on my car. I had to get mine from the dealership.

Last month actually. They Price matched for me. And I got the free shipping of course.

The last great deal I got was the Edelbrock intake for 289 price matched from LMR as well, lol. As long as the part numbers match up and they can send an item to cart, they'll price match.

Where did you try to buy them? The chain outfits like Advance autoparts in particular have their computer mixed up at the moment...got the Old style gasket mixed up for the new one and vice versa...
