i am looking at putting some gauges in my 94 gt since mine are messed up. i plan to make a plate to fit where the cluster sits now since i dont want to spend $125 or so on the one from latemodel. i am looking at the dual 5 inch auto meter american muscle(part # 1205), or the mcx(part # 1103). i might just put some auto meter ultra lite gauges in it since i can build a set alot cheaper. i plan to take the warning lights out of the factory cluster and either put them in the place of the oem cd player, or by the guages.
lets see yours. i might change my plans a little.
of course we all know what white face guages look like. i got them now actually.

stock gauges with chrome rings around them, white leds and then I painted the gauge bezel gloss black like I did everything else that was flat black inside.

I did also swap out my clock for a remote radar detectors display. It is blue to match the leds I added and yes it was actually that hot the day I installed it. I was living in phoenix if you cannot tell.

When the oil's cold, the pressure's high. It'll go over 100 if I drive it cold.

That looks great. What kind of radar detector is that?

I hate that photo because I painted my dash since, here is the updated look which is subtle but still better.

whistler pro 3450. Its radar sensor is directional so it is great for finding the cops up front but only ok from the rear. I do not really drive fast enough to worry about it, but it is a little extra protection and looks better then the clock.
