Did you look in the console and glove box?
If not then there is no easy fix. The previous owner should have it if it's not in there.
use the spell check button at the bottom of the page.

Easy fix, go to sears, spend $30 on the lug lock removal kit, remove and replace with regular lugs

Optional - return kit to sears saying the sockets were the wrong size

Usually discount tire can knock 'em off for you too for pretty cheap.

Good point, forgot to mention that when I worked at the tire shop we would do them for between $10-15 per wheel

Yeah agreed it should be in the console or glove box. But cant you buy them somewhere? They're all the same right?
You can get them, but they arent all the same. You can get them from Ford or mcguard.

Easy we just take a cheap socket a tad smaller and slam it over the lug nut. Hit it with a impact. Work likes a charm but you will lose the socket sometimes. WERE SAFETY GLASSES in case the socket cracks

Doesnt always work, some have a spinning ring on the oute side that even a turbo socket has issues getting off or over sometimes.

if you dont care about the wheels that are on it you can take a hammer and beat the hell out of it and eventually the thread will break and you can just spin it off.
