Hey guys. Please don't flame me if I'm in the wrong section...just looking for a couple answers on a car that I'm looking to purchase.

It's been a little while since I've been on here due to me getting rid of my car, but I'm looking to purchase a 96-98 cobra. The guy I'm buying it from is claiming it put down 38x on a dyno (don't know what kind). I'm curious if this is a possible number or if he is just blowing smoke. Either way, it doesn't matter cause I love the car...I just wanna know.
The mods that I know are of teksid block with stock internals, tuned intake?? (Not 100% sure what all this entails), custom grind cam (not sure of specs), some head work (not specified either) full exhaust and your basic bolt ons from there.

Yes its possible. No not with out altering cams.
