Hate to tell you this but its not any of your mounts causing issues.

I put a set of pacesetter long tubes on as a temporary setup while I switched the car to turbos. (3 years ago and another engine build) My ex sure f'd up my car plans.

Anyway. Mine do the same thing. Grab a hammer and get it clearanced. Or buy a better fitting long tube. My buddy has BBKs on his 96 with the original mounts. No issues. Pacesetters are cheap for a reason. In a few months they will be covered in surface rust.

Also forgot to add.

If you are running the matching x pipe. Its damn near in their instructions to beat it with a hammer to clear the lip of the trans member.

Fit is crap all around but theyre cheap, sound good, and perform well.

Are you sure its not hitting the frame instead of the floor pan? My pypes x pipe hits the frame where it bends to go under the car and only makes noise when I let the clutch slip or sometimes while shifting. Also it would seem that a lot of sn95s exhaust is lop sided like yours is where the passenger side sits lower and causes issues.
