looking for some info on bolt ons

hey everyone ive got a few questions....just trying to get an idea on which heads and cam and everything would work best for my 95 gt. i was looking at some gt40x heads and a steeda #19 cam but not too sure....just trying to build a decent setup just at least wanting to hit around 280hp to 300hp any comments or ideas would be helpful thanks everyone

GT40s and a Steeda #19 cam would be a decent setup.
TFS Top End kit would also be a good setup.

Depends on how much you want to spend and if you're doing the work yourself.

Gt 40x are nice being that there aluminum but fr the price a set of edelbrock E street 190's would be a better bet and there under a grand brand new

well i grew up around my dad who was a mechanic and ive been helping him wrench on cars since i was like 8 and im 24 now and im starting to get my oldest daughter into it as well lol great time with family lol and so yea me and my dad would prolly be doing it i just want a lil more that what i got now and i dont want too much since its gonna be a daily driver lol :p just some mmph when i get next to a lil ricer lol

TFS top end kit. easiest way to hit 275rwhp. no guess work.


Can you do better with some research and time... yes.

would you mind making your sig image a tad smaller... like less than 500x250?

On a good compression stock 302 with all bolt ons and shit smog delete you should see 310rwhp or so hp .

With tfs kit I usually run the stage 2 cam for all customer cars

awesome thanks musturd and yea all the smog pumps and all that nonsense are already out lol im at least hoping to get around 300-320hp before if i decide i wanna s/c it or something

I run the Steeda #19, it's a nice little cam that's mostly friendly with the ECU on our pigs. It's lower lift so you can run 1.7 rockers with it without much trouble.

I made 300plus with my trickflow TW heads and a Anderson ford b-31 cam 1.6 rollers and street heat intake with stock injectors.

With TFS heads ur safe any other head id check the PTV. Personally I run the comp 284HR and it's a awesome cam made for blowers and nitrous apparently... My friends HCi 302 with performer heads, air gap heads and a demon carb with that head and anti pump up roller lifters made 367rwhp at 6800RPM.... This motherfuckers nuts and runs mid 10's threw a jerico with setup
