Loud blow off valve?

So you wonder why no one listens to you. Everyone ignores you cause all you can do is run around on sites and badmouth everything you possibly can. I could say the sky is blue and you would b*tch and complain about how it slightly teal. You and Modo up there should get some sewing kits and sit together and have some good long conversations.

So everyone on this board hates me?

1.) I don't and never have bad mouthed ANYONE on here that I can remember.

2.) I tell it like it is. You can't bullsh1t with a hobby like this, you gotta be honest and most people agree, you can't butter anything up. Last thing you want to do is ruin an engine/car by being cheap and doing something half ass. I give my advice, you can take it with a grain of salt...Modo and I as well as Paul, Rycleff (sp) etc have been through most of everything people have trouble with here. There are more than enough people that PM me with questions that I have answered that are successful :dontknow:

3.) In the end man..you're more worried about having the loudest BOV so people know you have a turbo. You're pissed about a gif picture I posted, if you are truly mad about it, I apologize :dontknow:

I had a rfl on my talon and it was loud as fuck. also look at turbosmart or hks they have good sound and are loud to

HKS SSQV. It's a whistle instead of a whoosh sound, but the high pitch cuts through the air

modo and LAFENATU have always been helpful to me, sometimes they can be a bit blunt yes but thier not out to piss anyone off. :nono:

I've never had a turbo'ed car so take whatever I say with a grain of salt, I just thought the HKS sounds cool. :dontknow:

I am going to have to disagree with that. The procharger is loud and dumps all the air you want. Jgs is loud and moves a ton of air.synapse is another loud one that moves a lot of air quickly.

I have the Procharger blow off valve in the link posted here. Its nice and loud,but your turbo kit will ultimately determine how loud the blow off valve is. Just my 2 cents.

Rick I use the mini vortech. On my Procharger with 18 psi its loud. The BIG red (prochargers red one) Is SUPER LOUD. To be honest the first 3 months the loudness was cool. Now i find it ignoring as F++k.. I find my self on the highway trying to keep vacuum at 0 just to keep it quit. IMHO... But the Procharger BIG RED it the best IMHO

You are trying to keep your compressor from surging. You should buy one that is rated for more than the max cfm of your power adder, sound should be secondary as any BOV will be noticed if your pushing some serious CFM. You can never have to much valve. I currently run a Vortech BV57 with my YSi, compressor surge is the devil.

The turbo xs rfl is the loudest by far. For your whip a good sounding healthy loud one is the tial 50mm the old style if you can get it. The Procharger BRR BOV is sick i run 2 on my setup to keep surge from the blower, that being said have not heard it on a turbo, likely the same.
