What are some awesome ways to drop the rear 2 intches and the front 1 intch? Im kinda wanting new suspension but again... ti will be a year before i get to it. but i wonder how cheap suspension work is. How hard it is to do etc.
springs. just get a used set, ull pay alot less. install is easy. theres a how to on mustangworld. O0
front 1 inch and the rear 2 inches? isnt that backwards...usually the front drops more so u dont get a sagging looking in the rear?
Hey if yall can throw me some numbers. And the front is pretty low... but i want the back to sit down more.. it seems to ride high.
Yea the cars sitting flat, but uhh 18's/245 Well.. let me take that back. THAT picture of of the day i got the mustang, so... 275's in the rear. Is why iy shows alittle more .
the isolator may drop it a little bit I highly doubt it will make much of a difference. Might be worthwhile though before dropping two bills on new springs.
isolators are the rubber pieces that sit on top and on bottom of the car to keep the springs from rubbing and squeeking.. and id say just order some eibach sportlines or h&r's...
Yeah it would be a pain, but you never know how it would look. Could save you a few hundred if you liked it just w/out isos.
rofl thats what i meant, the springs not the car.... and just wrap some electrical tape around the springs to prevent the squeeking.. some people say that they don't squeek but just a precaution.. might raise your car like 1/2000ths of an inch though.. might be a bit noticeable... :hammer: :hammer: :hammer:
do you already have springs? and a 2 inch drop and 1 inch drop in the front would make you look like you are a serial killer hiding bodies in the trunk...and your specialty would be fat people. ;D
