LT headers really worth it?

Long tube headers are definitely worth it; not so much from the power gain they provide on a stock engine, but rather the room for growth they provide in the long run should you decide to go with a supercharger or nitrous. For example, you may pick up 10-15rwhp on a stock motor, but on a supercharged motor, you could see closer to 45+rwhp, so that is where the benefit lies.

BBKs, while I think they are nice for the money (I have them on my car) you most certainly can NOT change the clutch/pull the trans with the passenger side header in. Just FYI.

Well I got the heads, came with a new ford racing head changing kit also...not bad for 350.00.
I bought a pi intake from latemodel res. So I got to save up for the headers and h-pipe and if Im patent enough Ill save up for some cams...lol

I got a couple more questions...
What headers will work with an auto?

What is the highest lift cam I can go with the headswap?

With the cams I was thinking about the 268H NPI cams just to be safe and have no PTV problems.

LT's are Deffinantly worth it. I felt a massive gain with just bolt on's. PI cams, and a PI intake.
