Long tube headers are definitely worth it; not so much from the power gain they provide on a stock engine, but rather the room for growth they provide in the long run should you decide to go with a supercharger or nitrous. For example, you may pick up 10-15rwhp on a stock motor, but on a supercharged motor, you could see closer to 45+rwhp, so that is where the benefit lies.
BBKs, while I think they are nice for the money (I have them on my car) you most certainly can NOT change the clutch/pull the trans with the passenger side header in. Just FYI.
