lug nuts

hey guys, i'm in new territory here. just got my new bullitts last night & am looking for the right style lug nut. i'm assuming i should get the kind with the shank on it. how long? for standard mags, medium shank? was looking in the part stores & all they had were ones made by dorman. don't look like a very good brand. also, where did you all get yours? thanks for any help...

Bullit wheels are set-up for tapered seat type lug nuts. Your current standard lugs should work, they're just not chromies.
Go with a set of $40 McGard brand lug nuts. Good chrome that will not peel. They are 1/2" x 20's if I remember correctly.

thanks bud. in the lug nut hole isn't taperd , but flat looking for a washer. make sense?

sorry, no pics...but got them from stangmods. shat! looked at them again. they're tapered in the hole....sorry guys, i'm a retard. BUT, do i need to use a washer on the lugs?
