wow is all i have to say ....i ordered some parts and the ups guy destroyed my box ...the hardware fell out and i contacted marc friday afternoon around 4pm he knew i had to get my project together this weekend and saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. the ups man was here with my hardware.....Marc is the definition of customer service.....i am a customer for life now....

i dealt with marc as well, i got my package 4 days after ordering, came in, fit perfect, and i got a free tee shirt out of it too :naughty:, good guy to deal with
lol i got red i think i need to order again and see if i get another im shooting for blue haha

thats funny you say that because the same thing happened to me with a package from them. I called them up and they sent me the parts out that day and got them two days later. I would recomend UPR to anyone for there products and customer service.
