What happened to the rule from back before where past winners from the last year were ineligible for 12 months after winning and past nominees couldn't be eligible on back to back runnings?

Seems like with rules there's not enough participation. Plus people don't even follow rules.
Nov ROTM was only interior theme and Tony has done a lot of work since then... so I dunno.

If people want those rules back I can definitely do that.

You should make this month for April and make last month's winner ( who was that btw? LoL) March's rotm since the month is already half over with.

What I do not understand is that we have approx 150 members signing in per day but only 26 people voted within 30 days?
