Well I drive a 1998 v6 and today at work I drove a 2003 v6 and it just seemed slower?
Idk maybe it's in my head but I was surprised?
And all I've done to my car is a spectre air filter, and an exhaust.

I think new edge cars are like 200lbs heavier. Could be the power to weight ratio you are feeling.

Exactly. Easily another 150lbs tacked on to that. Add that to a car that's already a dog and a daughters car you will have. Haha

i believe theyre the same...could be wrong but idk where the 200 more pounds would be in a new edge than a sn95 since they really have the same exact chassis.

**S197 cars are 200lbs heavier, not new edge. And it was a vert, they weigh quite a bit more than a coupe. My new edge is probably lighter than my old SN95 was...
