i post this on just about ever site i join.. mainly cuz i was surprised by its results and find it to be a great product imo...

i used this on my truck awhile back to see how well it worked... and man i was surprised by the results...

Test Vehicle 87 S-10 Pick-up with a really neglected paint job... ntm it sat in the sun for 3 yrs never washed/waxed let alone touched due to a blown engine..

Well i bought Meguiar's Scratch-X back when i bought my stang jic i got a scratch.. (knowing my neighbors kids i kinda expected one soon)... well after it sitting on the shelf for a yr i got to wondering how well it worked so i tried it on my truck to see how it works...

and here were the result..

Before... (the whole truck looked this bad before)

Wow. That's quite the difference.

yeah i didnt think anything could salvage that paint job short of repainting it... but that stuff surprised me.. still needs repainted though.. there are some spots that are touched up with rattle can so it doesnt look even...

what one did you use? i use to use mothers till i read a report on them doing just that... since then ive switched to meguiars.. sad thing is before i junked mothers clay kit i did a comparison between it and meguiars.. ran mothers over 1 panel throughly till the bar quit picking stuff up.. then did the panel again with meguiars and picked up a ton more crap that was left by mothers kit..

ill give that s10 one thing.. it definitely does take abuse and just like that energizer bunny it keeps going.. have even welded up a few holes in the bumper..
