Heads are off. Found #3 was leaking. The cylinder had some water in it, along with some evidence that it was leaking above into the valley. So I sprayed everything down with some brake cleaner and WD40. Tomorrow the cam is coming out.

Can't believe this turd has just been such a chore. I've never run into so many odd and end issues with the motor. These things are bulletproof!!

What heads? did you have them milled flat? whats the combo??

run studs if you have boost and cometics, unless you have aluminum heads... the stock and gt-40 irons have a hard time sealing when milled or under boost/nitrous, they only have 1/2" deck... aluminum have 5/8" big difference...
