Well the crank still will not turn over by hand or jump start... Tried loosening the timing cover, still nothing, tried loosening the valve covers, still nothing. It is a DSS Modular 4.6 so everything should go back as if it was my normal 4.6L.....

I am thinking maybe the bolts are to long on the flywheel, and the flywheel is locking it up. This motor is brand new, never has been started. It was in time while it was on the chains.... Cannot figure it out, plz help?

check the timing of the cams. they might be 180* out. trans might be in gear too. shifter may not mounted correctly.
