I would just do stock ones. poly ones are to expencive
please tell me your joking???
its a small price to pay knowing your not ripping your drivetrain apart... if you are willing to put any money into the drivetrain it needs to have a solid foundation to begin with... why do you think subframe connectors are so popular?? sure you may have XXX amount of power but whats the point if on a hard launch your waisting XX amount on drivetrain torsional loads, thats a pure loss of torque because instead of moving the car you're now trying to move the engine on the mounts instead, you would be highly surprised in the difference just engine and trans mounts can make
example, in my old gt killer FWD malibu (yeah, you heard me) i used to get crazy wheel hop until i made a set of poly trans mounts, i just couldn't put the power down.... after swapping in the mounts i had a new issue!! the tires couldn't hold all the power and it acted like a totally different and much more powerful car, much more direct and the feedback was amazing! its just an example of what a couple mounts can do... and yes, it is a FWD application compared to RWD so the differences will be there but it should still give you a lot better feedback and feel
i plan on replacing the mounts ASAP :thumb:
