Damn they look really good man! Idk how you feel about two tone black and grey door panels and rear panels but there are a few places up here selling them for super cheap. They would even more bad ass that it does now

Thanks. I feel like if i did those 2 tone panels it wouldn't contrast as much, and it would blend in too easily together. I feel like right now it has just the right amount of contrast, esp. with my FR wheel helping out with the seats. My only issue now is carpet, to either get a black one or a fresh graphite gray one.

Nice looking seats :)

Gracias.

Just went through your thread. Too bad i haven't met you at da meets yet, would like to check out your whip.

Yep. It comes and goes.

The reason for that is my carpet tab isn't in the car. The hole for it has been torn since i bought it, so it slowly moves towards the pedals.

Plus i don't want to destroy it with my feet constantly lol.

black carpet?

definately black, or maybe red :p

Red? WTF

One of the guys on here had a mint black carpet FS over a month ago in Daytona that i was gonna snag. Long story short it fell through.

But after putting the seats in i'm not sure i wanna do a black carpet. I'm getting away with it now 'cause the contrast is just right with the steering wheel and seats. But if i throw in a black carpet it might throw it off. I think a fresh grey carpet would be good...?

I guess it depends if you want the seats to totally stand out, or not.
Either would look good IMO.

A little update.

Decided to redo my wiper arms in gloss black/clear coat instead of the matte that was on there. Plus they got chipped when i swapped hoods so that's really what made me do it.

Hard to tell but they look pretty good.

Did the waterpump pulley too.

After some 1000grit, and then the finished product. Let's see how it holds up.

Looks good man. I've never thought about painting the wiper arms but now that you did, I'll try it out in the spring.

Thanks for the info. Is the sem the normal flat black type color? I'd rather have it nice and glossy, would go nicely with my body colored mirrors.

You might be better off just getting a standard can of semi or high gloss then. The trim paint is rather flat and looks exactly like the trim around your windows, wiper arms and other items would have come from the factory.
