Hey guys new user here.. Just thought Id post up some pics of my stang even though its nothing special. I love it though cuz its my first car and a clean sn95.

Its an auto 1998 mustang gt with 58k miles on her. My parents bought it for me back in november. a couple weeks later my dad put some flowmasters on it, but I dont know what kind cuz I cant find the receipt. All i know is that they are true duals. Anyways, my plans for it in the near future are some 03 cobra replicas (probably from american muscle), maybe a new bumper or just a chin spoiler, 3 inch cowl hood and white, red, or silver racing stripes. Im not gonna do much performance stuff sinces its an auto...

First off Welcome!! Very clean car and it would def look good with those 03 cobra rims. Wish my miles and paint job were like yours. :laughing5:

Haha thanks dude I try to keep it really clean and luckily it was an old lady who had it before which explains the low miles and they were probably some really easy miles too! There is a tiny problem which is some overspray it looks like on my hood they are little white dots. theyre only noticeable when im washing my car though and have my face like a foot away from the hood. a good detailing with a clay bar should get rid of it i think

The hood spots will either come off if you buff it really good or it might just be your clear coming off like mine is on my hood.

wat u mean because its an auto? get a 3500 stall converter and some gears and ull notice ur car just a hell of alot more funner to drive

that car looks real fresh as-is! please dont ruin it with multi-colored racing stripes.

considering he didnt pick out or do the exhaust, and that he doesnt really know for sure what it is, and how its setup, im just gonna assume he probably doesnt have the know-how to do a PI swap and cams, unless he knows someone or is going to pay someone else to do it. (i could be wrong) but wouldnt a PI swap be kind of a waste of money by the time you pay someone else to do it?

that was pretty much what i was thinking.

Hey it wasnt my choice I had no idea I was even getting it done my dad did it while I was at work. It was only mufflers though not a full package. I know they costed like 90 bucks each so if anyone can tell me based on the price but I doubt it.

And Im sure I can do most work on my car with write-ups, and if I need help I know a few guys who are knowelgable about cars and one who knows a guy who has a stang shop.

Thanks for the great ideas guys! Im really excited about a shift kit, 4.10 gears soon. Also ive heard from my uncle, (who has drove mustangs for a long time) that a K&N air filter is just as good as any CAI as long as I only have bolt ons. And I removed the rubber thing attached to the housing I dont remember what that piece is called though
