yeah i have blackouts for the headlights and taillights as well but i got pulled over with them on twice now and am no taking a 3rd chance. But yeah it's funny you mention hurricanes cuz we have a Tropical storm bout to hit florida and im praying it doesn't upgrade, cuz the last time we had a Tropical Storm named Alberto, it turned into a bad hurricane season back in 95 whih i wasn't here for it but i've heard horror stories. But when the planes from the base evac. Our Base Commander tells us to evac so im prolly either goin up to East Moline, Illinois or maybe Tampa or Orlando depending where this bad boy heads.
