Best upgrade I did to my '02 was put the white gauge panel in. Much easier on the eyes. I do find the LED dash lights to be just a bit dim at night, even when turned all the way up.

I forgot to add my odometer had become intermittent, it normally worked but not always, I had some links pop up on YouTube about it all saying the same thing to remedy, F150's of the same era seem to suffer the same issue fixed with the same fix.
Its just re soldering some pins on the circuit board, I forgot to take photos when I did it so I will post a link to one of the YouTube vids.
