what all do i need in order to do this?

r u guys just masking the bumper where ur not spraying, sanding that area down then spraying it flat black? info please info

I was told to tape off what you don't wanna get painted (make sure you tape is so the grooves DO get painted back) then rub the area with a scottbright pad until it's rough at the touch (so the paint can stick to it.. paint won't stick to a smooth painted surface) and then apply 3 coats.
