Lol. Yeah. Still a culinary student. :coolsmiley:

And I cook all the time... I really only bake on Fridays in my baking class. I'm not very good at it.

And those hats are strictly enforced... trust me, I hate them. But it's either one of those or one of the tall white paper ones that knocks stuff over/gets knocked off every time you bend over. (Not to mention the possibility of you picking it up and putting it back on after a break completely unaware to the fact that someone has written "KICK ME" or "Pansy" or "I <3 Emeril" across it in black sharpie.)

As far as crepes go, I'd totally come cook some for you if you weren't way over on the west coast.

Lol. Hey. I'm a good model.

Cooking classes suck, man. For reeeeeeal. I'm gonna drop out and find a second job... In the culinary world you can get the same pay and the same positions without a degree just as easily as you can with a degree. I'm wasting my time in school.
Just get a part time job in a kitchen somewhere. You'll learn all you ever wanted to know, I promise. Or buy Escoffier's cookbook. It's got every basic recipe and technique known to man. (In case you don't want to find out what a vulgar place a kitchen is.)

Don't waste your time and money in a class unless you just want to learn a few new recipes. ;]

My g/f just got into CIA a few weeks ago but is unsure if she still wants to go (she's thinking Penn State also). Also may I throw a bit of advice out there?! STAY IN SCHOOL!!!! I'm still kicking myself for dropping out of college after 2 years because I thought the same thing. Now I'm going back and basically have to start all over again. Just some sound advice! :thumb:
