When i put gas in my car, a few miles down the road it will miss at steady throttle, but when i mash it it quits. Sometimes it will do it again later on but not always. It has a new fuel filter on it but i was thinking injectors or maybe needing a tune up. Im new to the site and not good with comp. so hopefully im doing this right. Does anyone have any ideas???

When was the last time you did a full tune up on your car?

Ive only had the car five months and ive never done one. The guy said before i bought it, that it had a miss but it was just a plug wire. Its been doing this for about a month.

Uhm..a busted 02 sensor will do that....

Fix your plug wire, replace your o2('s).

You throwing any check engine lights?

The guy fixed the plug wire a few days before i got it. It run like a top till just here lately. The check engine light stays on but i just thought it was because of not haveing all the O2's. It runs great except for the few seconds it does that.

Remember the acronym KISS- Keep It Simple Stupid (Not calling you stupid) You know you have a bad o2 sensor, and it could probably use a tune-up since you know it had/has a bad plug wire. Start there, if you still have a problem after that look a little bit deeper.

I'd do a complete tune up.

Wires
Coil Packs
02 sensors

Clean MAF
Clean IAC

I would still take the time to at least look at your plugs, even better just replace them since they are cheap
