AMAZING transformation. My favorite thing about it is the black wing. O0

Thanks man it was kind of last minute. I had a stock wing and I had it painted black just to try it out.

but why do the rims sink-in in the rear so much? is the rear end out of a fox or something?

Good work man, looks good now.

DFG, in the picture you are talking about, it has 99 Cobra wheels on it, and wheels that came stock on 99 and up cars had less backspacing, because the solid rearends out of those cars are slightly wider than the solids under our cars. Hence the wheels are sucked in a bit. If you look at it with the Cobra Rs on it, it is not that bad.

I dunno those rims are 17x10.5 and it has 275 tires on it. I want to run 315`s so when I add the 1" spacer it will fix that. The rear is a fully built 8.8 thats is the original sn-95 housing. It is a 4.56 geared 31 spline with a full locker.

Wyo that is exactley why i traded the 99 rims for the 17x10.5 r`s. They just dont look right on a live axle car.

You mean you want to run a 10.5 inch wheel, with 315's AND a 1" spacer?

That will be a little on the rediculously wide side of things, as in the tires sticking out from the wheelwell over an inch.

Just get the 315's and you'll be set.

Agreed, a set of 315s will fix it... add a inch spacer in there and you're sticking out further than you will want.

Rock chips ftl :(

So the 315's will be cool without the spacer? Sweet one less thing to buy lol. The guy who had the car was gonna cut it up and turn into an American Iron car, because he thought it wasnt worth fixing.
