I went with Mach 1 springs, and even though it doesn't give much of a drop from stock, it feels a hundred fold better than stock. I'm sure there are stiffer springs out there, but it's plenty stiff without being harsh. Good luck!

I like the hood too, but like some of the guys have been saying, if I were gonna go cowl, I'd go two step. ;)

I had 315s on 17x10.5 wheels that did not rub. This was on the rear, up front I had 275/40s that didn;t rub on 7x9 wheels... with a 2" drop

looks great
that hood is simple and clean.

about the suspension
tires and suspension are probably the best way to make these cars faster from a dig. I was at a local 1/8th mile track and taught a new shelby owner this lesson. he had me by well over 100 horses yet I put at least 3 cars on him in the 1/8th. He had power and I had sticky tires, lakewood shocks and struts, upper and lower control arms, and 390 gears. If you are roll racing (driving at a set speed say 40mph then racing) your suspension is fine stock but just know you are racing like a ricer and are cars are weak there until massive turbos are added to the equation. These cars can be made light and love to hook up. You can also sneak some huge tires out back if you eliminate the quad shocks.
