my ranger pull. pretty slow.

cameras pretty bad in this video im getting a HD cam soon and some mounts i took my bro for a ride in the truck did a pull pretty slow i hit a top speed of 90 my according to GPS i kept hitting the rev limiter and not getting gears like i should this is my first time doing this stuff so im not that great i had to let off the gas my bro was getting scared but i was gaining speed like a mofo! lmk whatcha think any tips how to get my speed faster? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiIjsHrRSJk&feature=youtu.be

my brother loads his with cars and a lowboy all the time and he has had it for 300k miles still runs perfect

but thats not dirt its saw dust i dont load it very often

^those are my favorite 2 ranger specific forums.

I had a 2001 4door ranger with the 4.0 engine in it, which actually moved surprisingly well. Probably would have been very close with my old npi gt lol. Anyways check the ranger forums, but if you have the 3.0 v6 engine or the 4cyl engine the only way to get any power out of it is forced induction. Don't waste your time or money trying to make a ranger fast, just enjoy it for what it was intended to be, a small truck.
