Its a Citroen, one of the older DS or Safari models, its low as they have a full hydraulic suspension system.

It's.. it's... it's... it's missing it's rear wheels! I do think that is one of the Safari models.

Cool suspension (when it works right). Ugly sheet metal, but have seen uglier.
