need alternator

I need an alternator for 96 gt. Hoping someone has on cheap on here.

I'm pretty sure my spare has a bad bearing but will pull it out and check tonight

Are they easy to replace

Very easy to replace, ratchet handle to loosen belt, couple bolts, done

Bad news is my spare does have bad bearings

I meant replacing the bearings...I've pulled my alternator of many times(very easy) hopefully someone has a good one though

Sorry, my bad. I wouldn't replace the bearings unless you were rebuilding the whole alt.

I have one from a 95 GT, not sure if it would work for your 96 tho...

I have one out of my 94 Cobra that I pulled 3 weeks ago. 45,000 miles on it. No problems at all. I switched it out for a chrome one. $60 and its yours (plus shipping).
