Need caliper options on 13" brakes

I have the 13" brakes on the front of my saleen that are stock. Problem being that I cant fit anything else on the front without scrubbing the caliper. Does anyone know if there is a slimmer caliper that can be used as a direct replacement?

I have cobra ones that are direct bolt on ...

I wonder if they are slimmer. I can't evene put a 17x9 cobra wheel on without it scrubbing mine.

most 13 inch brakes only clear a certian select 17s. Most step up to 18s when going with bigger brakes
