Need Cam Cap Torque Diagrams ASAP

I cannot find any diagrams or mentions of what to torque my caps at on the internet.
Only have a ft lb wrench so I'm hoping there's a conversion cause I've heard they're in inch lbs.

ive got my cams out now and need to get cracking so thanks in advance guys.

Did you look in your Haynes or Chilton manual?

To convert inlb-ftlb just divide by 12.

I don't have any manuals. No one on here knows the sequence or can direct me to the diagrams? I've seen an entire thread dedicated to torque diagrams and can't for the life of me find this thread. My car sits with pi cams installed and no torque specs.

All I got is my cell phone to search the net as of now so it's been a b**ch trying to find these... but I found them finally. Says 7.5 ft lbs but I'm going with ten then back em up a tiny bit.

they're in inch lbs for a reason, don't go 30 over then back them off! I've over torqued them before with no consequences, but there is such a thing as lucking out. I honestly can't remember the reason for the life of me, but I think it has something to do with distorting the perfect circle the cams need to sit in.
